Yoga and Running - my journey
I started a regular yoga practice by chance in 2015. This transformed me from being a runner who was frequently sidelined by injuries, into an ultra-marathon runner who rarely faces such setbacks.
Yoga has provided me with the tools to enhance my body awareness, strength, and flexibility, allowing me to run with greater ease and joy. It has taught me to listen to my body, adjust my training plans, and find creative solutions to any niggles that arise. Through yoga, I have cultivated a sense of playfulness and presence that enriches both my running and my life.
I completed my yoga teacher training in September 2020 and feel incredibly privileged to be able to share this beautiful practice with others.

I can provide a on-off yoga session for your group/club or a series of workshops.
Duration: 75minutes per session
Cost: £50 for up to 5 people, £10/person for 6 or more.
