My mission is to help runners realise their dreams and goals both on and off the road. Every training plan is designed to cater to each athlete’s strengths, specific goals and lifestyle. My coaching, like my own running, draws on the benefits of all aspects of yoga practice, enriching the running journey with greater joy, playfulness, curiosity, and adventure.

I use the principles of training first developed by New Zealand Coach Arthur Lydiard. I hold the advanced coaching certification with the Lydiard Foundation, founded by four time Olympian in the marathon Lorraine Moller.

Thia!!! Went for a 60minute run today and I could have gone on. I mean my brain stopped because it knew I hit 60 minutes but for the first time in my life I didn’t feel ready to collapse!!
