Perhaps you’ve been doing your local park run regularly, perhaps even a half marathon. Now you want to take the next step. It might be time to consider hiring a coach to make sure you train smart and get the most from your efforts.

It does not matter where your start, the dream of completing a multi-day ultra marathon can be the dream that makes you a runner from beginner to ultra-marathon finisher. I am excited about you dream and will be able to help you realise it.

Yoga

Yoga has been transformational for my running and my life. I simply had to be able to share yoga with others and especially runners!
I offer 1:1 yoga sessions online (via zoom) or in person.
I also offer group yoga sessions for your running group or club.

Road runners

1:1 Run coaching (any goal/background/distance)

A running goal does not have to be a particular distance, achievement or event. It can also be to find your mojo if it’s been lost, rekindle your joy or improve your form. Whatever your distance or goal, 1:1 Coaching with the Lydiard principles can transform your journey and outcomes.

Run Gower

I’ve been running on the Gower Peninsula 4-5 times per week since 2016 and it still takes my breath away! Reach out for tips on routes or if you wanted to arrange a guided run for yourself or your group. 

Why hire a coach?

You are new to running and not sure where to start. Perhaps you don’t have the confidence to join  a club, but an app is not really your thing either. A coach can be your guide and cheerleader, building things up from where you are.

You want to explore a new distance or terrain. It could be going further, going shorter and faster or even changing to trails or fells.

Perhaps you struggle with injuries and have lost your motivation and joy. I have been there… what I needed most from my coaches over the years was for them to help me slow down and recover. Learning to listen to the body and understand that recovery time is part of the training is pivotal.
