1:1 Personalised Coaching
Everyone is unique and so is every training plan. I take into account all aspects of your life and other forms of exercise to create a comprehensive and effective training plan just for you.
Every training plan keeps evolving with the athlete’s journey. Whilst the plan provides structure to the athlete, the plan also has to follow the athlete. Regular and clear communication between coach and athlete is key to the success of this evolution.

With over 40 years of running experience, I have competed in various disciplines including athletics, cross country, road races, trail running, and ultra marathons. My journey has been one of continuous learning and growth, fueled by a passion for running and helping others achieve their goals. I hold a coaching qualification with Lydiard Foundation and have learnt about what works through years of trial, error, and success. My approach is holistic, considering all aspects of your life to create a balanced and effective training plan.
I had early success, running and winning my first half marathon aged 11 in 96minutes. Sadly I lost my achievement edge early through the injury and illness that resulted from training errors and disordered eating. I am passionate about staying happy and healthy with running and sharing the joy and simplicity of this with others.
